Super easy process. Got an initial call with an analyst, did 3 Wonderlic assessments at home, then went in office to finish the last Wonderlic (proctored) and had 2 interviews back to back with managers that went through the JBA program as well.

The interview process began with an initial phone screening where the recruiter explained the program structure, expectations, and pay range. After that, I completed two assessments, one behavioral and one cognitive. I was then invited to two rounds of panel interviews with different teams.
