Phone screen with the hiring manager. Then was asked to do an online timed test (wonderlic). Weeks later invited to office where I took more sections of test, had a group peer interview and one on one with hiring manager. Then I emailed that I would be qualified for another role (one level up). I interviewed again with 5 people who were all very distracted. This hiring manager spent 5 minutes with me and walked me into the office. Later in the week, I was told the senior boss was leaving and no hiring with occur.
