The interview was initiated through an online recruiter who phone screened me and set up an onsite interview. The onsite interview was with the hiring manager and two other developers. The questions were detail orientated which means they will ask you to describe your answers if you are too brief in your answers.

O processo levou 5 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Axos Bank (Overland Park, KS).
Entrevista
Spoke with recruiter, then someone on the team. Then on site in person interview. Recruiter was trying very hard to sell me on the company. Recruiter was trying to sell that their 401k match is very high, but didn’t disclose the long vesting period. Perhaps that’s the norm in the banking world.
What really threw me off is that their entire team is in the office. Not just essential staff, but everyone.
