Overall a very fast, chaotic process. Within the span of one week the job I interviewed for changed titles three times. I was hesitant to interview based upon the negative reviews the company received. My impression is they are pretty accurate. Clearly there is no HR department- I asked about the culture of the company and was told they hire a lot of young people - oops! The people that interviewed me were nice but you can tell there is a huge disconnect between their PR and the actual company. They hire “rock stars” LOL. There are little “tells” when you ask specific questions. It worked out well because I let them know I wasn’t interested and when I checked my email they said they weren’t going with me. Fast turn around and ultimately a good process because it was clear this was not a good match.
