Interview was as expected but no response once I emailed back to ask why I wasn’t a good fit felt it was because of my age. Very disappointed at the lack to respond not upset I didn’t get position but that there was complete silence after that specific question.

Recruiter contacted me via email a month after I applied. I came in the day after I had a phone interview as he asked me to come in person. I interviewed with the recruiter in person, and he asked me to come in the following week to interview with someone else. Later on that day I was asked to come back in the same week to interview with someone else entitely. I made the time and came in and the person I was interviewing with was over a half an hour late to the interview. As I was sitting in the conference room, I had multiple people come in to ask me who I was and then who I was interviewing with. Not only is that unprofessional, its disrespectful of my time. Im not sure if the receptionist forgot to tell the person I was there, but it wasted an an additional half hour of my time.
