      The interviewer was very rude and brief. She didn't give me the time of day. She asked very generic questions, and didn't allow me a chance to set myself apart from other interviewers. It seemed like she was busy doing something else in the background because she seemed distracted

      Entrevista

      Interview for two different roles. First one. never received a call from a recruiter, only an email. Digital meeting was set up with another manager. Interview was easy going, spent about 30 minutes talking and was invited to ask questions. I was provided next steps with a contact name. When I requested follow up from the recruiter several days later I received a form letter rejection, and did not receive any feedback. Recruiter then ghosted me. Second role - spoke with a corporate recruiter about experience and role being discussed. Was provided next steps. I received a phone call after two requests for follow up over the course of a week and a half and was advised they went in a different direction. Overall, not a great experience. The manager I met with was great, but the recruiter follow up is almost unprofessional and recruiters just ghosting people seems to be a common thing I'm seeing in reviews.
