Hannah the talent acquisition specialist was a joy to talk to. She had a great personality and a great attitude.
The process was very transparent and straightforward.
I had 1 call with the recruiter Hannah, then 1 call with a software manager, then a last call with 3 managers and 1 lead engineer.

Personality questions round about how you would tackle certain situations in office.
There was no coding round, just an oral exam essentially.
Interview with recruiter, past experience and behavioral questions.
Predictive Index behavioral test.
15 minute technical interview with IT manager.
45 minutes technical interview with two IT managers and 15 minutes behavioral questions.

Entrevista
I applied directly and received an email a couple of days later directing me to take a Predictive Index assessment. After that I was contacted by Josh, one of their corporate recruiters. He was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process, which included: 1) recruiter phone screen, 2) technical phone screen and 3) in-person interview. The in-person interview involved meeting with Josh, followed by two senior engineers and then the CTO.
