This interview experience was interesting, after 3 interview I was sure it was a great company to work for. All the people that interview me and I came into contact with were very nice people and I see they hire good people.

Interview process took around 2 months, with face 2 face and other presentation round. I have performed well in both of them and got good feedback over Email. But those team has already a person in mind and wasted my time and lastly said we find the candidate whose experience closely matches. If that is a case, keeping a resource in the loop for 40 days and wasting time is very un professional. I do not recommend this interview process , and honesty is missing. They just waste your time and wont even reiumburse your travel expenses for interview. I do not recommend and trust their hiring process
