First round is aptitude and java paper test. Each Section has 10 questions. Prepare on logical reasoning,quants,java concepts. It's a Fresher Recruitment drive inside their office. Only con is there is no space to allocate more people. Anyhow they managed to conduct the test.

Be very careful with this company.Its a chennai based company and seems like their employees work for personal friends or fraud agencies.This is my experience.A guy called yuvraj called me in talked in local language about client billing etc as usual and surprisingly he asked me mailing address for submitting.I asked several times why do you need an address and he further reaffirmed that the client needs address,he took my ssn last 4 digits.Well after that the guys phone number doesnt reach back when I called on monday.It directly went to voicemail.I was lucky since I had a hunch and gave a wrong mailing address.And then I called in the companies phone USA number and asked for yuuvraj.They said he works in a different department.I finally somehow got to reach him for which he said the client said there is a double submission.Hence beware of such recruiting companies who steal your personal data.
