They had me in for a 20 minute preliminary interview and then asked me to come back first thing in the morning for a second interview. There were about 12 people interviewing and they split us into groups of two and paired us with a current employee to go for coffee. They told us that they would explain the job to us and that we were supposed to take notes and ask lots of questions because we'd take a test after. The job advertised and the actual job they are hiring for are completely different. It honestly felt like I was being sold into a period scheme. They didn't really divulge information about the actual job but then kept saying to ask questions. Then you'd ask a question, and they'd answer vaguely. I was able to put together that these are the people that harass you on the street and ask you to sign up for things like Hello Fresh or make donations to save whales and such. They only pay about $300 a week but expect you to work 6 days a week. I completely checked out. I felt like I was being scammed. I'd rather work a fast food job. They try to reel you in with a fancy corporate office, professional office, a game room, and promises of travel someday but it's not worth it. If you have a college degree, keep looking. You can do better.
