The initial screening was a positive experience, and the recruiter was professional and friendly. The interview process, however, felt unnecessarily time-consuming. Candidates were asked to complete a substantial assessment before having an opportunity to fully engage with the hiring team. I would have preferred at least one substantive interview before investing significant time in a take-home assignment. Unfortunately, the interview experience felt very one-sided and transactional. There was little opportunity for meaningful conversation, and the process did not leave me with a positive impression of the company culture. The most disappointing part of the process was that the final interview was cancelled approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled Zoom meeting. After investing time in the assessment and multiple interview steps, the late cancellation felt disrespectful of candidates’ time and effort. Overall, the hiring process left me with concerns about the candidate experience, communication, and professionalism. Based on my experience, this was not an organization I would have wanted to join
