I was living out of state and applied for a role as 'Leasing Consultant'. It was a multi-step process, and the company explained that they were looking to hire the right fit for their culture and team. After submitting my application online, I received an email from the Property Manager and scheduled a 10-minute phone interview, which seemed to be mostly focused on my experience and asking questions about my sales techniques. Since I couldn't come in for an in-person interview, I was interviewed via Skype first by the Property Manager, then by the Company President, and then by the VP of Operations (3 separate Skype interviews). The process took about 3-4 weeks from first call to the offer, but it was pretty consistent communication so I was pretty sure I got the job.

Had a phone screening with the Property Manager, then was brought in for an in-person interview. Final interview was a brief 'meeting' at the Corporate Office, where I was introduced to some of the senior management team members.
