Why tell people at interview you will let them know EITHER way if you have no intention of doing so?! I understand you are busy but is it so hard to send a quick email or make a quick phone call. Maybe tell candidates that only the successful applicant will be notified, that way people dont sit around waiting for a phone call that isn't going to happen

After applying only you were invited to an east group interview with a whole range of games and questions that was a very relaxed environment. After that they filtered out the people they didn’t want and we were invited for a group training session that helped you get along with the team

Simple interview didn't ask much just about prior experience working in retail. Needed workers so pretty much got hired on the spot. The manager seemed quite friendly and gave me a simple breakdown of what my responsibilities were.

It was simple and easy, there were a few of us in a room each with a table and a paper booklet and pen. Basically you read through the booklet and answer questions.
