We had to go to a building where we had to make a poster in a group, to see how we interacted with others and we also had to transport an egg with only paper and sellotape and string, and drop it from a height so that the egg stayed intact. we asked questions about the company and then had one to one interviews where hours and dates were discussed with one of the managers. After this we had a two day induction where we learned more about how b and m began, and where we are today.
The interview went well smoothly. It took around 30 minutes where they asked about personal details and previous experience. Overall the experience was good. The interview was scheduled a day after the initial call.

Called me a few weeks later asking if I could come to an interview.
Interviewed with manager and assitant manager.
Very friendly and relaxed. No tough questions, just asked about CV and about your personality. Called me the same day as the interview to offer me the job.
