Entrevista
The first step of the interview was a phone interview that asked basic questions about how you answer the questionnaire survey they gave to you, so make sure you answer that honestly. The second step of the interview is going to their headquarters to take a 12 page test that tests on variety of subjects that was stated on the questionnaire and a few common sense questions. They heavily focus on if you can program.

Entrevista
Invited to an info session after meeting B&R employees at a career fair. Info session included meeting current employees and taking a test on general engineering knowledge and critical thinking. Afterwards there was a 2nd interview which consisted more of personality questions. 10 days later I was called with an offer.
