Entrevista
The first interview was pleasant, online - the interviewer was polite. The second interview was with someone "expert" from an external agency they collaborated with, with the HR person attending. It was a joke. The second person was snob and rude, the whole procedure was very unpleasant. It's weird that whether you will get a job at B2Tech is determined by an agent, whose client you can steal if you are good enough to do his job. Why should he recommend B2Tech to hire someone better than their agency? He said "I'll put you through a test", I saw no test! I was not even given the chance to prove what I was talking about! The interview was in December, it's March and they are still searching for the "specialist"! Good Luck!

Entrevista
I had an initial HR interview conducted via video call with a recruiter located in Cyprus. The conversation itself was pleasant and professional. At the end of the interview, I was told I would receive feedback within 4 days. After waiting over 2 weeks and following up, I did not receive any response. This lack of communication left a negative impression of the process.

3. Can you please just confirm you have you do have experience with mobile designs
4. Can you please give me an example of a mobile design UX which was really hard even if that was the device fragmentation if it was a one hand use and what exactly was this mobile design for?
5. Regarding the environment what do you guys use agile waterfall?
6. Can you please give me an example of how do you work? What about the time where there was a conflict because of the design or what they were expecting regarding the designers? Give me an example of how what happened, why it happened and what the outcome was.

Entrevista
The interview process itself was fairly standard, with 3–4 rounds. However, despite performing well in the technical interview (aside from a few SQL questions), I was left completely in the dark afterward. The recruiter said I would receive feedback but never followed up. It feels unprofessional and disrespectful to leave candidates waiting without any communication. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
