After applying online with my CV I had a face to face interview with a lead developer and a development manager. The questions mainly about my CV and experience, there were some minor technical questions. The next and final stage was another face to face interview with a different manager and lead developer of another team. I was asked to prepare a presentation on a technical topic of my choice, after the presentation and related questions there were some Java questions and generic "why do you want to work here" type questions. The interviewers made me feel comfortable, it felt very conversational.

I first had a phone screening that asked me some basic technical questions like “When would you choose to use Python over C++ for a project?” or “Can you explain what inheritance is in object-oriented programming?”
Afterwards, like two weeks later, I had an in-person panel interview with 6 people where I had to make a PowerPoint about myself and answer behavioral questions, everyone was very welcoming and the interview went really well but I was ghosted after that and no emails were responded to.
