Very open process and general questions about experience and background. Asked about style of managing projects and assignments. A slow process for sure- but steady progress. Overall took about six weeks from initial contact to offer letter.

Entrevista
Telephone interview to walk through CV, followed by two face to face interviews. Final interview included giving a presentation on a project I'd worked on. First interview was about CV, in detail, and understanding my capabilities. Second was grilling on projects I'd worked on. I came in as and experienced hire.
