Online application, Online Assessment tests then the third stage is Video Interview. It is strengthen based tests which we have to give to prove our skills to the company. This was of average difficulty.
Used star technique but was rejected because I didn’t fully describe the result.
The people interviewing were not the same as the people who called and set it up

Mostly behavioral questions with 3 technical, fairly laid back and supportive throughout the process. Focus on background and motivation for pursuing this position and career path, given it was a placement role and there little previous work experience
