3 stage process. Phone interview, then video interview then face to face interview. Phone and video were very similar, and face to face expanded further with more technical questions. If you research the company and research typical interview questions, you will be fine for the first two. Just make sure you always link an example to everything you say. For the final interview, it was more related to the role that I was applying for and really trying to convince them why I would be a good fit for the role and not the next person interviewing.
