Online assessment, then video interview, then a final live interview. Most questions were competency and strength based. Only 3 technical questions in final interview, about engineering lifecycle and product procurement. 1 or 2 questions about BAE and the role

Online interview. Nice people, quite welcoming atmosphere. Personal and technical questions. Classic personal questions- strengths and weaknesses. Technical section included the question 'Describe what a systems engineer is in your own words'.

video interview with 5 questions, followed by 5 games , then a telephone call and final interview. I was offered a reserve role if someone backs out as they said i didnt score highly enough one of the systems based question.

Entrevista
It consisted of a recorded video interview, as well as game based exercises. The exercises were in the form of aptitude tests, that test your memory, quick thinking and general reasoning.
