After I submitted the application, I got an invitation from BAE Systems to attend the online Interview appointed by Hirevue. It was first a couple of interview questions where you speak to the camera and then some gamified questions.

Did not hear back prior to interview stage, nor rejection email. Poor communication. They use psychometric tests like other places which seems a little pointless and time consuming. Would be great to actually tell applicants their result rather than just nothing.
