Asked simple questions regarding the application process, was not too complex and many competency questions. The interview was for around 30 minutes and was via a mobile phone as the internet was down.

4 recorded questions followed by 3 psychometric tests, not too complex, the 4 questions were all situation awareness, ideally give examples. Takes abut 45 mins. The 3 tests were pattern recognition, mathematical based and then comparing 2 photos and picking the one that resonates with you most
