The interview was very broad and also complex that required the candidate to get the thinking gears going putting themselves in situations that would simulate the work environment as well as personal experience within such a place.

It was very straightforward to organise, staff were friendly and put me at ease. Carefully explained all questions and gave adequate time to answer and ask questions of my own.

It was a telephone interview to determine competency. I had to phone them at the specified time and input a code I was given. The interview then lasted for around an hour.
