Understand our company and our work. It is helpful if you are familiar with our business prior to your interview. You can learn about us by exploring the website, exploring our newsroom and innovations.
Review your skills, interests, values and accomplishments. Practice interview questions. Make sure you can answer questions about: who you are; what you’ve accomplished so far; what you want to do; where you want to go in the future; why you applied for the specific position you did; and what makes you the ideal candidate for that position.
Be prepared to talk about anything on your resume. It helps to practice some pointed questions that may involve: your lack of experience; why you left your last job; your GPA; gaps in employment; or your greatest weakness.
Practice interviewing out loud. Try rehearsing in front of a mirror or with an audience. Don’t memorize your answers, but be comfortable enough with them that you can talk naturally when asked.
Prepare your own questions. Decide what you need to know about BAE Systems to help you make a decision. Ask questions about the position you are applying for. Questions like these show you are prepared, eager and interested. Direct questions about salary and benefits to the recruiter.
Know where to go and be on time. Do a test drive to the facility if that is reasonable. If not, allow plenty of time to find your way. If you’re early, you can always find a coffee shop nearby. If you’re late, it is hard to recover.
First impressions matter. Wearing professional attire to the interview conveys respect and is always appropriate. Don’t wear clothes that are uncomfortable to the point of being distracting. Too short, too tight, too loose or to low might make you memorable in a negative way. Shake hands firmly, but don’t show off. Good eye contact conveys honesty, but don’t turn it into a staring contest.
Bring copies of your resume. Many candidates often forget to do this. Bringing copies of your resume demonstrates your ability to be detail oriented and think ahead.

Entrevista
This was hands down the worst interview I've ever had. I felt they wasted my time and were not the right company to work for.
I matched with the company on hackajob, where I listed my minimum salary to be £95K.
I was asked questions simple yes/no questions that were already answered on my CV, e.g. have you used Kubernetes, Docker, etc. They also asked me to list all the CI/CD tools I've used (e.g Gitlab, Github, Travis CI, Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD). They even asked me if I knew "Sonarqube", a tool which probably takes 5 minutes to learn. They didn't learn anything about me, except confirmed that I know what was on my CV.
It ended in a really silly way. They asked me what my salary expectations were. I declined to say and I asked for their salary range. They proceeded to mention they know my salary expectations from Hackajob, and then told me "it would be good if my salary expectations were 15% lower".
