The first stage is a virtual recording interview. They ask 3 competency questions with 30 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to speak. Then there are 2 engineering questions, one coding and one electronics where they only expect you to answer one. Finally, there is a personality quiz. The final stage involves speaking to an engineer for 2 hours. This is mostly questions regarding your CV with a live coding challenge too. My interviewer was very friendly and clearly interested in the area, which made the interview enjoyable.
