I applied online in November 2015, I was then invited to complete online tests. After passing the tests the next stage was a phone interview. This was strengths based with emphasis on teamwork and communication as well as asking for knowledge on the company. The next stage was an assessment centre which consisted of an evening presentation with an opportunity to meet the other candidates without being assessed. The following day was the main assessment and involved a group exercise, an interview, a written exercise and a presentation. Nothing too difficult and the assessors were all very friendly. Make sure you research about the company and their values.
