Was called for a phone interview and couple days later for an on-site interview. Resume was reviewed word-for-word and were most interested in my Senior Design project and courses taken. I was introduced to many different engineers and offered a tour. My low GPA caused manager to wince, as I think this was the only reason I did not get the offer. People can offer much more then a GPA, but i guess thats why the economy is in the shape that it is; bright people being denied by a number that says nothing about personality and fit.
