Direct communication from the HR department after posting on a job board for security clearance holders. Phone interview with HR first, then additional phone interview with the hiring manager. Onsite interview with hiring manager and team members. Everything was very professional. Questions weren't particularly hard, but weren't particularly easy, either. Good follow-up by HR and hiring manager.

It was difficult to get a complete view of the position since the work was "need to know." Still, the hiring manager did a good job in conveying that the work was very interesting (it is) and makes a contribution to the safety and security of the nation.
