Ghosted! The interview process felt very urgent and rushed. Overall, I did 6 interviews—a rather significant amount of time. One of the interviewers told me what felt like his personal life story, and asked me minimal questions about myself, which… struck me as odd. There was also a “simple” assessment that amounted to 4-5 hours of time. And then? Nothing. No updates, no responses to my requests for an update. Ghosted like a bad tinder date! If this is how they treat candidates, how do they treat employees?
