But so that interested internship candidates reading this are clear, we've hired 100% of our 2021 and 2022 interns for full-time salaried positions with Tier 1 medical/dental/vision benefits, generous paid time off, professional development support, flexible remote work, and more benefits. Unlike most companies, who burn and churn interns to bolster their staff at low or no cost and with "grunt" work as their duties, and who only offer contract jobs at hourly rates with no benefits if they offer them at all (these are the real red flags), BAI Security's internship is a true side-by-side learning experience with expert auditors at a nationally recognized security firm. Interns are trained just as our employees are in all aspects of IT security and our services, participate in team meetings and 1:1 coachings just as our new hires are - i.e. we completely fold them into our BAI family!
