Group interview over Zoom with about four people including the supervisor. The process was fairly casual. They seemed to hire based on interest. It was over quickly. They asked for our availability and then had us sign up for training.

Just getting to know you, and what do you know about BAMPFA. Introduction and tour of BAMPFA and what the day to day work looks like. It’s really not like an interview. It’s like getting to know you as a person and how you may help or work as a gallery attendant.
