Multiple stage interview and then complete radio silence. Chased multiple times and they completely ignored all of my emails. One month later, it is clear I didn't get the role and that's fine but ghosting people in 2023 is a horrific business practice especially once you have dragged them through multiple stages of interviews. Give people feedback, it's quite simple.

It was a two stage interview, first with HR then with two validation managers. It was an hour a piece. Both delved into my work history and my expectations of the role. The second stage interview being a lot more involved. The interview was relaxed and more conversational however a lot of job specific questions were asked.
