1) online CV submission 2) Online English and Math tests 3) live case assessment by external headhunters 4) case interview by BAT HR (in teams) 5) Assessment Center with a large team from marketing consisting of a case solved and presented in teams, a role playing negotiation exercise and a business case solved individually.

How would you calculate the ROI of the proposed solution in order to present it to senior management for approval? (during one of the case presentations)
The first interview was mostly about your experiences and your thoughts on the program. The second interview was an assessment center that includes introduction, group case study, individual case study and a reflection session.

Nice HR Talked about experience, salary expectation The whole interaction was nice, but got rejected due to not having drivers license which is essential for the job There was an emphasis on how you would like to grow inside the company and why choose a tabacco company
