Applied through jobstreet/linkedin, received an email for online assessment from pymetrics. Basically was a game, that analyses your behaviour. Once done and if your behaviour result is align with their values, you will receive a video invitation from Sonru. I’ve applied for BAT 3 times now, and all those times only succeeded to the video invite stage. It’s actually getting on my nerves, that I don’t receive any feedbacks why my video was a failure. Plus, too many stages. Such a negative experience from BAT. Won’t ever bother applying ever again
