It started off to focus group discussion comprising of 6 individuals and we were handed with a case to come to a general consensus. The next round consisted written assessment and presentation skills. The following round had a virtual interview with a different country rep. After successfully passing these rounds, I was never called for the final round of interview even after getting the acceptance email because my university from where I graduated from was relatively new in Bangladesh. They chose the name of my university over my competence.
