If I have a stigma about working in the tobacco industry
No dan mucha oportunidad de poder demostrar el conocimiento que la persona tiene, solo se guían por el resume. Nadie responde los correos ni se toman la molestia de llamar y avisar que no pasó el proceso de selección.

Entrevista
The group assessment was in person and involved 3 different activities.
The first was a group project where you had to present your ideas to the heads of departments withing the company.
The second activity was preparing an individual presentation to present to 2 members of staff.
The third concluded with a final interview with 2 member of staff.
