My experience in the interview process so far has been very positive. From the initial application to this stage, I've found the communication to be clear and timely, which I greatly appreciate. The HR team has been very responsive to my questions and provided detailed information about each step of the process, which helped me feel well-prepared.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela BAT (Atenas, , Ática) em mar. de 2018
Entrevista
After submitting my CV
1. Invited to take part in an online Culture Quiz, which was very very easy.
2. When you pass it, you get a second email asking you to complete a quite long and pointless numerical test ( There is absolutely no connection between almost 40 questions that concern charts and graphs - they are all pretty much the same and it is a waste of time to spend one hour to prove you understand numerics well over 40 questions)
3. After being successful at the numerical test I was invited at an interview in their offices in Marousi Athens. The interview was in English , and 2 HR managers attended. It was a pretty relaxed interview with questions like '' tell me about you education and career path up to now'' - '' why HR '' - ''tell us a little bit about yourself , what do you do at our free time'' etc. They do not retest any numerical knowledge at the interview.
Both managers in Greece were very friendly; the head manager was very professional but at the same time had an amazing personality and her colleauge was also friendly smiling the whole time and made the process very easy,
