I had a phone interview with a recruiter, a face to face with the director of the hiring office and an interview with the regional director I drove two hours out of the way for the convenience of the director. I also did two online tests. Everything went fast and the interviews went extremely well. I was asked questions about my resume and a lot of scenario questions. My issue with Bayada is that after my last interview, everyone fell off the planet. My call and emails went un replied. Even if I am not offered the position let me know. Send out a letter but to ignore someone for weeks is unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm so disappointed in them that after a few weeks I thought that even if I'm offered the position I would not accept it since they can treat people like that. The worst part is that it goes again their philosophy to be that way. Bayada.. The lack of communication you preach is very disappointing and I cannot refer anyone to your services. Interviewers are people too.

The interview process began with scheduling a phone screening with the recruiter. A date and time were confirmed for the call; however, the recruiter did not call at the scheduled time. The following day, the recruiter stated that they had attempted to reach out but were unable to get in contact.
