I applied online which was very easy. Within two days I received a call from their office. I completed an application in person, took a skills test that was super easy and had a one on one interview all in the same day. This was great. This was a professional office and staff, just small. Because of that, it felt like family. Everyone was very nice. It took a couple of weeks to start due to background checks &TB test. Overall, very good start.

This would be working with other employees whose quality of work was not satisfactory for what the client was paying for. There were times I accepted a case as a fill in and would stay after my alotted time, just to complete the tasks correctly. I would notify my employer and they would authorize my overtime & work.

It takes a bit of time. There is a phone interview, in-person interview, reference and background checking, a practical test and then an orientation. The whole process takes at least 3 weeks.
