First contact was made by a recruiter on LinkedIn. She initiated the contact with me. We completed a phone interview to see if I was interested in the program. Then I had a phone interview with another recruiter. From there I met in person with the director, a 3 hour interview. After that was the phone interview with the regional director and the final and 5th interview was with the recruiters supervisor. Received offer and accepted. The whole process took about a month.
