The online application is incredibly short - you basically just submit your name, check a box that you are legally eligible to work in the United States, and upload your resume. I received an e-mail after a few days to set up a phone interview. It was about as run-of-the-mill as you can possibly get when it comes to an interview (tell me about yourself, this is what the job is, describe a time you felt scared, etc). The person interviewing me was very kind and all signs indicated that I should prepare for a second interview. At the end of the phone call she said I should be hearing back later in the day, the next morning at the latest to set up a second interview. I did not hear back until several days later that they decided not to go ahead with me. That is fine, but be prepared to be led one way while they go another.
