I was contacted by a recruiter who found my information online. I researched the company by reviewing the website before I called them back. A phone interview was scheduled. Two days after the phone interview, I was contacted for an in person interview with the hiring manager. When I arrived, I was greeted by the hiring manager. Then I sat with the Director. After meeting with both, I was then told about next steps by the hiring manager. They gave me a full overview of the job and expectations. It was a typical interview.
