Applied online and got an email to schedule phone interview, phone interview was pretty interesting as the recruiter was short with me and cut me off on my answers and also "accidentally" got disconnected. Recruiter reviewed resume but like i said did not really care for my answers that were asked and talked about the company. Scheduled face to face interview with location director about 15 days later due to scheduling issues with the bayada site director. Interview was about 40mins and basically a review of my resume and the director talking about job expectations. I thought it went well compaired to what happened with the recruiter, awaiting further communications.
