Basic 30 minute phone interview. No trick questions or anything. Moved onto two different interviews back to back a week later. Went well. The questions were basic, tell me about yourself, what sets you apart from others, why BB&T, previous work experience, how do you handle stressful situations. The interviews were with the credit analyst managers. Notified that I did not get the job by email.

Initial phone interview with HR. Basic questions about myself, why I want to work in banking, and surprisingly some behavioral questions but nothing too difficult. Got a call back to interview in Winston. Interviewed with two separate team leaders for about an hour each. They asked all kinds questions. I can't remember anything specific, but they were mostly situational/behavioral questions that required wordy answers. Nothing that really blew me away though or caught me off guard completely. Very standard and straight forward.
