Four hour interview with 3 different people. Interview set up by HR person via phone, things were very smooth and professional. I did not get a lot of the formal type interview questions as part of these sessions. HR person called back to set up telephone interview with fourth person who could not make first session. This hour session, though very comfortable/conversational was more "interview" like with more of the typical interview questions.
