Had an interview with two panel members online. Really good experience, friendly, fair questions which aligned with the person spec. Offered to have a follow up call with helpful feedback which I really appreciated.
I’ve applied to the role, after a week I was co tacted for an interview. The interview consisted of preparing a slide deck to bring a solution to a problem that was part of the pre-interview exercise.

on MS teams . they were late, questions were unstructured and confusing. was not much cohesion amongst the panel and they were unwelcoming and seemed to be keen to talk about themselves a lot to try to impress each other. I was not surprised not to get the job despite being highly qualified , experienced and more than able
