first phone interview design task face to face interview The panel was very unprofessional. Since the first meeting they clearly showed it was an alibi interview: they wer not slightly interested in my work or my experience. They didn't even review the design task that was submitted weeks before. They looked very annoyed at seeing me before starting the interview and their body language only communicated that they wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. They were extremely unprofessional. Certainly happy not to have to deal with those people. A very negative impression of BBC.

Short Task to be completed before the interview and presented during. Presentation time was limited to 15 minutes. Then two Interviewers asking a series of management-related questions wherein the interviewee was asked to answer with as much past-experience/case examples as possible.
