Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela BBC (Londres, Inglaterra) em set. de 2022
Entrevista
I was shortlisted by BBC HR, who then phoned me for screening. A couple of days later I was then asked to interview, which was just two working days later (on Friday, interview on the Tuesday). The actual interview was a panel of three staff (a team lead, someone from HR, and a senior software engineer), the first half of the interview was running through my CV, and the second half was technical.
However the above is all that was good about this process. It has now been almost two months with no response from the BBC. I sent an email to the general HR email, with also no response. It was only when I tried sending an email from another email address I got the response that they were still considering me for the role (at this point it had been a month since the interview).
At one month and three weeks I sent a follow-up to the same HR address asking for an update. Nothing. At one month and three and a half weeks, I sent to the HR email address an email asking them to withdraw me from the application process.
I never received the feedback I was promised, or any communication of any kind apart from the status update email after third time from another email address I received a response. Bar a company who cancelled an interview 20 minutes after it was supposed to start, this is by far the worst and most unprofessional hiring process I have encountered.
Two interviews, both technical. A task was assigned beforehand, on which questions were asked on during. Example, review the code and give insights, or review this project scope and propose a solution

They asked structured questions, they expect structured answers with examples of experience despite them interviewing on potential. It's difficult to gage what they expect, any distraction from the structure puts you at a negative.
