This was a culture-based interview rather than skills-based - very interesting! No questions at all really about my resume, and a lot of probing into whether I would fit well within the organization, team and work culture.

The interview was conducted virtually, with two other people on the panel. There was an introduction about the role, a check to see if I was ready and then we proceed to the usual strength based questions. The interview was conducted virtually for my benefit and was with Head of Department and another person who seemed interested in my answers. HR not involved in process.
